Remember that the venue coordinator works for the venue and a wedding genie works for you. We know your plans, we may have even helped you plan your day. We will work closely with your venue and we both bring different things to your wedding day but our focus is always our couple.

We like to be onsite first thing and stay until your guests have left. This can often be more than a 15 hour day for the team. We can stay for less, up until the party starts and this would be at a reduced rate.

You will be assigned one of the team and you will work with that planner throughout the planning process

If you know you want a coordinator to manage your day then you can book straight away. The does secure the date in our diary but we do take last minute bookings if we have the team free.

When it comes to full planning support, the sooner you book, the sooner you have us working for you and so we are able to guide you throughout the planning process.

You are booking a team of planners with a vast amount of experience, over 30 years between them and that level of experience will allow you to enjoy your day knowing that you are in the best possible hands.

We absolutely do and we love doing it. Our couples love the fact that we are easily available and are able to navigate getting married in any country in the world.
