The team have years of experience planning and co ordinating weddings all across the UK and Europe. We feel that every couple should have access to a wedding planner to at least manage their day and allow them to enjoy and be fully present with their family and friends, without stressing about all the details.
How it works
This is for the couple that don't have the budget for the full planning and design of their wedding but want help with the planning, so we have come up with our full planning support.
Lets have a call and chat about your day and see if we are a good fit. We will then send you a proposal with the details on and our fees.
If you decide to hire us, we will get back on another call to talk more about your day. From this you will be given a budget breakdown based on your target budget, a planning timeline and a list of hand-picked suppliers within your budget for every element of your day.
Remember everyone that is recommended is tried and tested by us, so you are not doing random google searches for your wedding team.
We then let you get on and plan your wedding but what is also included are planning hours with us. 12 hours as and when you need them to work on anything you want so we can support you with your plans.
All the planning is done virtually by video calls and email. This allows you to basically hire an incredibly experienced planner for a fraction of the cost.

Six weeks ahead of your day you hand everything over to us. All of your suppliers details, timelines, contact details and an overview of your plans.
We review all of this for you and build a robust schedule of your wedding.
Enjoy your day
Then about a month before we then arrange to meet you at your chosen venue to walk through the day together any flag any concerns and then we can help you resolve any of these.
After our run through we contact all of your suppliers and share individual schedules with them and make sure your team are ready.
On the day the team will be there to make sure plans run like clockwork and most importantly you have the best time.
We make it easy, you will have one point of contact in the run up and then we always have a minimum of 2 planners managing your day for a maximum of 12 hours.

EACH ADDITIONAL HOUR ONSITE OVER 12 IS £100
For weddings from 150 to 200 there is an extra charge for £350 for an extra team member
